Makarand Parkhi

(Consultant)

Makarand is responsible for Business Strategy, Brand Development, Client Acquisition and Growth, Relationship Management, and Delivery. He has considerable experience of conducting Corporate Training/Workshops and delivering Training/Seminars at academic institutes. He has been teaching management courses for MBA and Executive Development Programs at several business schools such as Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, International School of Business & Media, and Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship Development. He has rich experience of conducting trainings for Students, Freshers and Working professionals in the areas of Soft & Behavioral skills, Communication Skills Development, Personality Development, Career Goal Setting, General Aptitude and Group Discussions & Personal Interview.

Prior to starting this venture, Makarand worked in the corporate for multiple years including stints across global markets at leadership level. His industry experience has been predominantly in the business functions such as Practice Development and Management, Account / Relationship Management, Presales , & Solutioning. Makarand was mandated to transform the 'Global Presales' function and establish & operate the same as a Centre of Excellence. He has strong outsourcing exposure to global markets such as NA, UK/Europe, APAC, and ME.

Makarand is a strategic thinker who uses consultative approach for designing & developing solutions for his clients. Over a number of years of relevant experience, he has earned a position to make a compelling contribution to the lives of organizations and people. Customer driven thinking, Thought-Leadership, Ability to connect with people, and Excellent communication are some of the strengths that he leverages while helping others.

Anjali Parkhi

(Founder and Director)

Anjali is responsible for Delivery, HR, and Finance. She has an extensive experience of conducting Corporate Training and delivering Seminars/Training at academic institutes. She has been a visiting faculty for teaching software courses for Technology Programs at some of the engineering colleges such as CDAC, Pune Institute of Computer Technology (PICT) Vishwakarma Institute of Technology (VIT) and Pune Vidhyarthi Griha's College of Engineering and Technology (PVG’s COET). She has a rich experience of conducting trainings for Students, freshers and Working Professionals, in the areas of C, C++, DSA, Java, Advanced Java, Web Development (HTML, CSS, JS, Bootstrap, MongoDB, Express.js, AngularJS, Node.js, jQuery, AJAX) Python, Data Science - Machine Learning, Spring Boot RESTful API with JPA and Hibernate.

Anjali brings to the table wide-ranging global experience in leading ADMS projects across multiple software technologies (Java/J2EE with Swing, Servlet, EJB, JSP, Struts, Hibernate, Oracle DBA, C++, C etc.). Her extensive experience in 'Delivery Management' includes strong exposure to product development in the distributed delivery model. She is a Sun (now Oracle) Certified Professional on JAVA SE 6.

Anjali is a very analytical person with a strong aptitude in logical thinking and problem-solving. She leverages her architectural mindset while leading any software development project. Being a very approachable person, she can naturally connect with people who find that association very helpful.

Mugdha Mulay

(Lead - Operations & Content Development)

Mugdha is responsible for Operations, Content Design and Development.

She ensures smooth and thorough implementation of all the activities during a lifecycle of all the training courses including WinPoint's flagship program 'Campus Recruitment Training (CRT) - Niche'. She is involved in planning, promoting and scheduling the courses. With an interest in writing, Mugdha further is responsible for technical and non-technical documentation and designing of courseware. She applies her creativity for making videos of relevant topics for WinPoint's website and YouTube channel.

Mugdha with her good communication skills and a friendly nature shares a good rapport with everyone she meets.

Sandeep Walvekar

Sandeep Walvekar is Information Technology Consultant. He has over 24 years of IT experience. His consulting domains include Network Design and Implementation, Information Security Management & Enterprise Project Management. He is also a trainer for Information Security and Network and System Administration and Cloud Computing.

He has also conducted trainings on the topics like Windows and Linux Administration, Ethical Hacking, DevOPS and Operating System Concepts. He has worked extensively on various technologies like Hadoop, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Virtualization, Exchange 2016, 2010 & 2007, RED HAT, SQL Server, Cisco Products, Firewalls, etc.

Sandeep with his amicable nature, makes every session a memorable learning experience for his participants.

Mandar Mulay

A Senior Software Trainer in Databases, Business Intelligence and Excel with 20 years of training experience and very good communication skills.

He has a rich experience of executing trainings in technologies like SQL Server, Oracle, MSBI, Tableau, Power BI and Excel for students, and in various corporates for freshers & laterals. With a combined experience of Training and Software Development, he leverages this experience in his sessions.

By bringing a flavour of humour into his sessions, he ensures that they become both motivating and interesting.
