Our consulting practice is focused on solving clients' problems related to People Capability, Business Process, and Technology.

It has competency for developing Center of Excellence (CoE) in the above areas by designing and implementing key strategic and operational initiatives for efficiency improvement and cost reduction.

  1. 1. People Capability : Our consulting approach for identifying the baseline position of the target participants and deciding their training needs is depicted below:



  2. 2. Business Process : WinPoint uses the following phased approach towards review and analysis of ‘Process Capability’ within any function.


    • Plan (Study the relevant processes at high level and create meta model for review)
    • Analysis (Study process documents, gather information from various sources, revisit process related characteristics / meta model)
    • Synthesis (Collate information, consolidate data, draw inferences appropriately, assess capability on characteristics in meta model, identify the good practices, improvement opportunities)
    • Recommendations (including recommendation roadmap)

    The following deliverables will be produced at the end of the proposed review:

    • Brief write-up on the various characteristics covered as a part of the process review
    • ‘Process Capability’ status at a glance (including consolidated key findings and summary of recommendations)
    • Detailed ‘As-Is Analysis’ (including strengths & specific improvement opportunities)
    • Recommendations/Action Plans including:
      • Implementation of ‘World Class’ processes with a rich repository of tools and templates
    • Improvement Roadmap

    • 1) Application Architecture, Design, and Development of the Secured, Scalable, and Distributed application using required technology
    • 2) Provide an Architectural Vision to the company including the Products and the Solutions
    • 3) Be a bridge between a Business and a Technical Team and translate the Business Requirements to the Technical Solutions
    • 4) Evaluate and select Technologies and Products to be used in the Project Solution
    • 5) Consult Architectural Solutions and Developing the ‘Proof Of Concept’
    • 6) Architectural Discussion and Technical Management
    • 7) Oversee the Solution Implementation and Propose the Recommendations
    • 8) Provide the Technical Evaluation support in mobilizing the Technical Team
    • 9) Lead and Mentor the Technical Team by establishing the Technical Directions
    • 10) Participate in the Technical Discussions/Review Meetings with the company
