Campus Recruitment Training (CRT) Program
The IT aspirants are advised to attend the CRT program (in the 2nd semester of 3rd year engineering) which is designed to groom the students for the evaluation process requirements of different IT companies. This program is conducted like a finishing school or a boot-camp. It includes counselling support to the students for targeting the right company and the right role depending on their baseline position in terms of preferences, strengths, and weaknesses. One of the key features of this program is Development of Resume and Self-Introduction Script
Our comprehensive repository for 100+ companies provides information on the company-specific profiles and their selection process. The CRT-Niche program includes regular updates to the students on the same so that they are aware of the expectations of the different companies ahead of time.
CRT-Niche Program
This program is designed for the IT Aspirants (pursuing BE/BTech Programs) who are targeting to start their career with Niche Organizations (i.e Product and Technology Companies). We have structured this program to suit the evaluation process requirements of this group of companies.
